dnsetw.mof file missing

I am trying to build DNS service on a Win2k3 box but it can not find the dnsetw.mof file. What is going on?

Is this when you install the service or when you try to start the service when it cannot find the file?

You can also go ahead with trying run Windows Update. The file which you are asking is not provided on the web. You can also manually replace the file on your system which work.
