Driver for 3com 3C940 for Vista 32 bit

Hi,

I’m having a desktop on which recently installed Windows Vista 32bit. When I went to Device Manage ri found 3com 3C940 is having yellow mark and hence getting some problem in my network. I tried installing its driver right from Device Manager but it was not able to get it. I tried searching on web but dint find either. Can anyone help me find the driver for this NIC?

I think 3com 3c2000 divers (marvel driver) should work for you. I used the 64 Bit driver for my Vista 64bit on AK8V Deluxe with the same chip. IT WORKS.

Well I have not tried it, but thought I would supply the links for the drivers.
