Perflib Warnings after Windows updates
My system has Small Business Server 2003 Std with SP1 installed, Just before some hours when i rebooted it i got below errors.

Description:
The data buffer created for the "EXOLEDB" service in the "C:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\bin\exodbpc.dll" library is not aligned on an 8-byte boundary.
This may cause problems for applications that are trying to read the
performance data buffer. Contact the manufacturer of this library or service
to have this problem corrected or to get a newer version of this library.
What do they mean? Is there anything i can try to get rid of this error messages ??? I get those error messages every time i start my system.

Event ID 1016 and 2003 error message are related to Windows SBS 2003 update. They wont harm your system but they might fill your system log. In order to get rid of the error you can add below registry key, just backup your system current registry key to be at the safer side.
Go to start, type "Regedit" without quote and hit enter
Once registry gets opened click locate below registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib
Click on Edit menu, click on Add Value, and add below value:
Value Name: Configuration Flags
Data type: REGDWORD
Value: 0x01
When you are done with the above changes, just save it and Quit Registry Editor.
