The DSRestore Filter failed to connect to the local SAM Server.

I recently reinstalled my Windows 2003 SBS first time. I have cleaned about ever error that I used to get in the Event Log, except for one that keeps coming back at every restart, that states "The DSRestore Filter failed to connect to the local SAM Server. Error returned is <id:997>." I have tried searching for a solution for this problem but cannot find anything. So can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

Can you try to follow the KB and change the password to the same as the admin password and see what happens. Try to restart your DC and logo to DSRestore mode by hitting F8 at the startup and choose the DSRestore mode in the list? You can also try to rename the built-in admin account to administrator again and see what happens.
