I am using Outlook 2003 and i want to know how can i delete Journal folder from it ?? actually when i am right clicking on it then delete option is appearing to be greyed. Is there any other way by which i can delete it??

You can try clicking on arrow in Outlook 2007 >Show Fewer Buttons > Click on Arrow again > Click on Add/Remove Buttons and simply "off-select" the Journal icon.
If you still see it then you can hide it, for that get in to folder List View and under Menu there will be "Folder List" in dark blue writing so click on Folder List > All Folders > All Outlook Items > Mailbox > From here you can hide your Journal .

As far as i know Journal folder is a special folder of Outlook and you cannot delete it. If you want then you can hid it following the solution that ApPy10 has mentioned above.
Yes you cannot delete it but if you can hide it or switch it off using "Add Remove Buttons". Open Add Remove program and open up drop down menu which will be at bottom and click on Mail button. Now below folder list will refresh setting without Calendar, Journal etc. Just give it a try and let me know if you have any further query regrading the trick that i have mentioned.
