Naming information cannot be located; Server not operational on Win2k3

I am having issue with Windows 2003 Server for printer share. It was working great but somehow the same lost the connection. The printer was first accessible to all but suddenly it stopped working. I went inside Active Directory and under Users and Computer I found a error information. The same stopped working due to the server is not operational. Now I am not able to connect to the domain controller. I am having Windows 200 server also. I made some changes to the existing system and more issue appeared.

Just go back in the settings and check out properly whether all the dns configuration is correct or not. You must verify each dns entry and ensure that things are working well there. You can find the dns entry in the tcp/ip list and I am sure you will be able to fix the issue from that part. It is not a major problem.

Could you solve that problem? Now I have the same problem exactly.

actually i aslo got this problem..
im doing window 2003 DC replication..why i offiline the primary DC but the secondary DC not funtion properly..

and come out this error active directory naming information cant be located because:.....
