There is one user with me who is having problem opening faxes that are sent to her from the SBS 2003 fax. They come as email attachments, but when he clicks to open them then he receives an error message from Outlook that says "Cannot Create File: Fax.tif. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder." Any suggestions how to solve this issue? Thanks.
The issue that you are facing can occur when the Temporary Internet Files folder is stored on a server on which you do not have sufficient permissions. To fix this problem automatically, click the Fix it button or link. i'm new to this forum and this solution was a great help for me. I know it's a little outdatet but I just want to know one more thing about it.
When i use this explaination it does solve the problem, but after 2 weeks or so the problem is there again. i want to know how to solve this problem permanently.
