I had done a format of my hard drive recently. I forgot to backup copy of drivers. I am now running windows xp and want some information on where to get the drivers for Audio. I dont have sound right now. I searched for some sites for drivers but dont know which one I should be using. Can anyone tell me how to get the drivers.
You can go to the website of the computer manufacturer. Incase you know what motherboard you are using and the audio is onboard, then they will also be at the website of the motherboard manufacturer.
Why dont you download Belarc Advisor which is a tool that gives a complete diagnosis of your machine in the form of a visible HTML page in your web browser (IE, Firefox, Netscape and Opera are supported). Do not worry, the procedure is done locally, no information is sent to a server. Just search it on the internet and download it.
Mike Did you ever fix your sound/typing stutter problem? I have the same motherboard MSI 6533 and the same problem.
