DCDIAG Failure FRSEVENT

I am trying to install a new Exchange 2003 Server on my network. Right now, all the DCs are Windows 2003. If I get to the point where I have to run dcdiag, I am getting some errors. I dont know if I must be converned about the errors? Also, we recently added 3 domain controllers to our network and I dont know if they are giving some sort of errors? Below is the error message that I am getting:

Looking at the port, it seems there might be replication problem with the Sysvol. That is something that you need to take case before installing Exchange, as they can be an indication of larger issues. You can also check the logs for more information on the errors and try to narrow it down to the server's that are having this issue.
