Transferring games files to another partition without installing

My C drive is almost full with many installation. I mostly install games in my system. I just recently bought a 1TB hard drive. I want some way through which I can shift all my video games files from C to the new 500GB partition. My Drive is around 180GB and only 2GB is left in that. I have around 20+plus games in it. I do not want to uninstall them because I will loose all my progress. I want suggestion for some software that can help me to shift the games from one partition another automatically. This would be time saver because here I don't have to configure everything manually.
