ASRock introduces two new USB 3.1 motherboards at CeBIT 2015

USB 3.1 motherboards arrive in force. At the event of CeBIT in Hannover, there was an opportunity to discover some models.

While CeBIT in Hannover is about to open its doors for motherboards with the latest technology of USB 3.1, which announces theoretical transfer rate of 10 Gbit/s, are out now. We can discuss the formalized models by Taiwanese manufacturers ASRock and MSI.

At ASRock, two references of A97 Extreme6/3.1 and X99 Extreme6/3.1 that have been unveiled. The first comes with a daughter card with a reversible Type C connector and a classic Type A connector, while the second includes a reversible Type C connector and comes with a daughter card with two classic Type A connectors.

For MSI, we speak of twelve references. For them, there are four references of Z97A GAMING 9 ACK, Z97A GAMING 7, X99A GAMING 9 ACK and X99A GAMING 7 with Type A connector, they are designed specifically to gamers. A fifth reference of gamer Z97A GAMING 6 includes a connector for its Type C.

No prices has been notified so far for this motherboards.
