3g wifi router for zte ac 8700

Currently i have bsnl evdo zte ac8700 data card with 650.rs unlimited postpaid plan!
The one with no sim in the data card and carrier locked!

I want to know if i can use it with an 3g wifi router to make a wifi zone in my house so that i can use internet in my laptop and android phone simultaneously!

Please recommend me a good 3g usb wifi router if so it is possible! :unsure:
