Microsoft confirms the release of Nokia X2

Earlier this week, Microsoft unveiled the new generation of Nokia X smartphone, as expected, a device operating on Android, and the company has confirmed its availability this summer.

Microsoft had unveiled the Nokia X2 on Tuesday, an evolution of the Nokia X, which is the Finnish manufacturer smartphone operating under Android.

For the brand, it is coming to play on turf competition focusing on Android and the low-cost sector playing the image of Nokia trying to break into the market. Incidentally, the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean embedded version offers a fairly heavy overcoat that looks very similar to Windows Phone.

The smartphone itself offers features worthy of the segment that is: a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with ARM Cortex A7 dual core running at 1.2 GHz, 1GB of RAM, Adreno 320 graphics solution, all with a screen of IPS 4.3-inch WVGA with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. There are also two SIM slots, and 4GB of internal storage expandable via MicroSD card. Incidentally, the device is limited to compatibility with 3G networks to 21 Mbit/s.

We now know that the smartphone will be sold in the course of the third quarter, announced for 129.90 euros. Three colors will be immediately available: green, orange and black, followed later by gray, yellow and white versions.
