antec 750w vs corsair 750w psu
I am looking to purchase a new Power Supply for my system and for that I want to go with either Corsair Enthusiast Series Modular TX750M or the Antec High Current Gamer HCG-750. The price difference between these two psu is not a problem for me but I am looking for the best possible psu with quieter fan, single rail, etc. What do you people have to recommend me? Thanks
Re: antec 750w vs corsair 750w psu
The Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W will cost you $89.99 where else the CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750M 750W will cost you approx. $119.99, which is slightly costlier. But with the Corsair power supply you can expect a low noise from the fan and its even single rail which is what you are looking for. So I would suggest you to go with Corsair.
Re: antec 750w vs corsair 750w psu
The Corsair TX750M power supply has a good air flow and it will always run very quiet and cool. Even if you overclock it will give ample of power for the hardware components. One of the friend had a crossfire setup and also overclocked his CPU and he was getting very low temperature with enough power to boot his system rig.
Re: antec 750w vs corsair 750w psu
In my opinion both the Antec and Corsair power supply are very good. But the Antec PSU is of superior quality and the best part is you will save few dollars as well. I have read somewhere that the Corsair PWM fan controller cannot handle low RPM of the fan properly which outputs a loud sound. So, I will definitely recommend you to go with the Antec 750W PSU.
