How to use HP USB Hybrid TV Tuner Card in Windows 7
I would like to use the HP USB Hybrid TV in windows 7 home premium. Before this I was using windows vista home premium. This device was working fine on windows vista but now it is unable to work in Windows 7. The media center is properly configured on Windows 7. It is actually a HP USB Hybrid ATSC/NTSC/QAM/FM TV Tuner. I am quite sure that I have installed the right version of drivers which are compatible to Windows 7. Does anyone know how to use HP USB Hybrid TV in windows 7?
Re: How to use HP USB Hybrid TV Tuner Card in Windows 7
Before setting up the TV tuner hardware on your computer, it is necessary for you to install the latest version of Driver available for Windows 7. On the Hp driver download page currently there are 2 versions of drivers available. One for 32bit and other for 64bit. Once you download it, connect the device to the USB port and run the HP TV Tuner Driver. If you have installation CD, you can run the driver from that also. Once it is completed you will need several things to work with it like:
- Updated media software like MediaSmart or any.
- Latest version of QuickPlay.
For complete configuration, take a look at this guide.
