New Channels by Videocon d2h!!!

When was this announced and what different channles will we get with the new offers given by Videocon for its Videocon d2h subscriptions? Also what is the cost of this new offers? I have heard that they have a maximum number of 288 channels with them, so will they give all the channels in one package as well?
