Does 650W PSU and GTX 560 TI fit in Dell inspiron 620
I have got a brand new Dell inspiron 620. But the current PSU is not enough and the system does not have dedicated graphics card. So I am thinking about installing a new PSU by replacing old and also install a new GPU. The PSU will be antec earthwatt 650. Do you think that both of these new components fit into the inspiron 620. The GPU is GTX 560 TI, which is 9 inches. Still I am not sure about this?

As far as I know that any standard power supply will fit into the inspiron 620 tower case. There is no problem with tower case for installing PSU and GPU. However the SATA Hard drive connections are low profile right angle. DOUBLE WIDE Video Cards does not fit because it they will use 2 slots. If It is a single slot card, then you don’t have any problem with installation. If you somehow able to get the card fixed in the case or on the motherboard, you should then worry about the power button plug which could be passing on that way. If so, you should plug it somewhere else.

As far as I know that if the graphic card is too long and it comes with external enclosure then I don’t think that it will get into the PCI-E power connectors. You should careful about the SATA power connections which are directed toward the HDD. AS for the PSU, you can install any ATX12V PSU in this case. I have recently replaced one with a standard size of 3.4" x 5.9" x 6.1", if it does not fix, you can get a different PSU because for a GTX 560 TI, 500w PSU is far more enough for your needs. If you get any problem with installation, you can slightly do the modification to your computer case. Otherwise you will need to post the pic of the motherboard and complete configuration of the Case so that some could understand and offer you better suggestions.
