You can do that with the help of Palm Desktop Manager. Palm Desktop 6.2 supports Windows Vista. And I hope this will also work well in Windows 7 also. Download this desktop manager and install the same in your system. Connect the palm and sync the data you want. It is nice to use. There is one more tool called as HotSync Manager which is for Windows. It helps you to backup your data.
