Hello friends, I am thinking to get the Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo but having doubt that if it will be having the PCI Express x16 2.0. So I thought that it will be better if I can post this over here. So please let me know about this and also some more information about this card. I am also going to get the Sapphire radeon hd 5770 graphic card and I want this to use with the Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo. Thank you so much in advance for your replies.
I would like to tell you that all the x16 slots which are fitted into the motherboards are having the 2.0 and the newest one of these is 2.1. I hope that this posht will be helpful to you. If you have any further doubt then please reply back.
I would like to tell you that the motherboard that you are going to get must support the card and I am telling this for the reason that they all are backwards compatible. This is but obvious that you should be having the spare x16 (or x8) slot to connect this. One thing that you must ensure is that the card is good enough in order to meet the requirements if you want to have good experience with the game. If this does not fulfill the requirement then there are a lot of other options for you for but you will have to raise your budget for this.
I would like to tell you that if the motherboard is based on the G41 then the 2.0 or 2.1 card will function without any problem. So it now depends on you that which one you select considering the performance and the price.
