Unable to move toolbars in Internet Explorer 9 with Toolbars Unlocked
as I just made an try with the windows 8 consumer preview to try something different and everything is quite well arranged and is systematic. As I am new to this one but according to the IE 9 help files, I should be able to move as well as resize the a variety of IE 9 toolbars by clicking along with dragging on the "command bar separator". However I was not able to work with this procedure. So can you suggest some means in which you are able to work this one.
Re: Unable to move toolbars in Internet Explorer 9 with Toolbars Unlocked
I have found from some sources that you need to make sure the Toolbars are Unlocked. place the cursor on the separator, and you will be able to get a dbl arrow <--> and hold the mouse button down and you will at present be able to pull the separator left to right or else vice versa and make an alteration of the amount of space being used by sliding.
as well, 'grabbing' atoolbar, in a alike way, you are able to then, basically, pick it up and then move its location or else can make some changes in its placement.

Hello guys, I would say in this case as If the Toolbars are Unlocked, you are able to resize the toolbars by means of the separator. But the left separator will not be able to drag. So you can try with this solution. Hope this helps.
Re: Unable to move toolbars in Internet Explorer 9 with Toolbars Unlocked
There were no results in my case as I made some handful of attempts by dragging the separator bar. I am recognizable with how the works in MS Office but it does not tend to work in Internet Explorer 9. I have the tool bars unlocked. When I make an placement of the cursor over the tool bar separator, I obtain an arrow which will be pointing left and right through two vertical bars which are present in the middle. In the MS Office products, when you tend to click on the tool bar separator, you will tend to obtain an four way arrow which permits you to drag the tool bars up to dissimilar rows. I would like to be able to do this one .

I was also having similar issue and I tried not to get knickers in a knot over what can be considered 'little things'. You need to Heck these toolbars you locate so irksome don't even require to be 'there', all the time. just as long as or if & when 1 is needed or wanted for something.
Try not to lose sight of the 'big picture'. It's not really fair to write off an entire browser, (which is, overall & in general, basically superior to the other 2 you mentioned), due to not succeeding in placing or moving some toolbars around in a certain way.

You can try with the following
1. you need to make the Favorites Bar show
2. you can also add something to it.
3 also , you have to Re-hide the Favorites Bar
4. after this you will have to Enable "Links" on the Taskbar.
And I might remember you one thing that the Links consists of anything has been put to the Fav

According to me , the following information will help you in your case.
- Title Bar at the top by means of standard Windows icons present on the right
- Menu Bar mutual with command icons as well as address window on the second row.
- Tabs permitted to sprawl next to the complete length on the third
- IE9 misuses the title Bar, and I would say that an Quick Access Toolbar would be great
- the enormous Ribbon can be reduced and you are able to customize the Title Bar with the most usually used characteristic by making use of the Quick Access Toolbar
Re: Unable to move toolbars in Internet Explorer 9 with Toolbars Unlocked
If you see the IE9 , you will come to notice that it will wastes room on the right side of the Menu Bar where earlier versions of IE allowed it to be used by the Command Bar.
If you wish to have an limit of the layout to three rows the Address Bar as well as Tabs will be combined on one row but it gets pretty crowded. And by means of a separate row for tabs it will tend to go to 4 and if you tend to add in the Command Bar it goes up to five rows.
Re: Unable to move toolbars in Internet Explorer 9 with Toolbars Unlocked
After I was moved to the Favorites Bar , and had some Re-hide of the Favorites Bar along with Enabling "Links" on the Taskbar, it was all sorted. So I think you should also try this one as there is a definite solution which will help you also if you are having any issues concerning the topic.
