Well i think you need to order this CD/DVD directly from Toshiba service partner itself in your country. You can use this link to locate authorized Toshiba Service partner near your city, and order one DVD. Its not too expensive.

I guess it will be difficult for people who might be having the disk as well as for you also. Because the size of disk will be around 600 MB to 700, hence it is impossible for anyone to attach here on this forum or any file sharing sites. Second problem will be shipping. Though, i request you to leave your Area, country here, so that if anyone have the disk, can help you. :thumbup1:
