I have installed Harmony One by the use of Macbook Pro without any problem but then I have got the problem. However luckily I resolved it using the Mac support. The problem is if you make a new account, you will need to start all over again and you need toad all your devices again by creating Activities. If you still getting problem, don’t forget to contact the Logitech support.

I have found something strange when installing the software on mac. If you are going to install the software for the first time, it will show 'Create New Account' area of the software. Put the Password and Confirm Password. If it is not confirmed then you are surely in the wrong section. Click Cancel and find back to the 'New User' and 'Returning User' screen.

it simply looks like the new version driver or may be the logitech software is not compatible with the Mac OS or Lion and due to this it is not able to recognize the Remote connected via USB. if the issue was about the single device, then i could have assumed that the problem is with the device or system only. but here in your case problem with Logitech Harmony 900/1000/1100. So it is little tough to make decision.

Many users are complaining means that the issue is about drivers itself. The new drivers might not be compatible. Have you tried the Windows version drivers and tried to install it in Windows computer? check it first and it will help you to know whether the issue is really about the Logitech Harmony 900/1000/1100 or something else.
