Yes this is true that the processing power for the next-generation of the Xbox will be six times more powerful as compared to the Xbox 360. The sources say that the graphics chip in the Xbox 720 built by AMD and will show many similarities with the 6000-series and that is the manufacturer introduced last year. Mass production of the new Xbox console would be launched end of 2012.

The design of the new Xbox seems to proceed swiftly and rumors confirm that the production of components has begun. The product could debut between late October and early November of 2013. The GPU could be based on the design of the HD 6670 and that is not exactly the best card on the market. However, the new console will be very powerful even more as compared to the Wii U as already mentioned in the above post. Processor will be consequent from the HD 6000 series, introduced last year.

The computer game fans are accustomed to a very different but we must take into account two factors:
- Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 have done wonders with the old technology that is found, the console machines are perfected and targeted exclusively for the game, then "settle" for less bombastic specific
- The goal of manufacturers is to create powerful console and above all, reliable and affordable in cost and so obviously cannot compare to the PC attitude.
