problem loading website at first try
Hi Friends,
From past 15 days I am facing a problem regarding loading webpages. Everything was working fine before the problem starts.
Webpages are not loading for the first try, i have to refresh the page 2 or 3 times to load the page.
(Refreshing is huge problem when dynamic pages are concern, like online bank sites. They wont allow to refresh the page.)
i found many solutions on internet, but none of them helped me.
I tried on different browsers like IE9, ff 6-9, safari, etc...
and i tried it on BSNL BB, reliance datacard, tata photon etc...
Even i have checked for virus, malware, spyware, adware using different software like Bitdefender, quickheal, malwarebytes, super antispyware, emsisoft, kaspersky, mcafee etc... No sign of virus.
Tried with wireless, cable, Datacard, mobile(cable and bluetooth).
Somebody on internet asked me to do same things in safemode, still no use.
I dont want to reinstall os. Please help me to find the solution.
Technical info:
Dell N5010, 2.27GHz
2gb ram
windows 7 professional - sp1 - 32bit
ie9, ff9
Thankyou all in advance.
-Kiran Kumar.
Re: problem loading website at first try
First of all, have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the web browsers in your dell machine? Do you use any firewall such as zonealarm, if so try disabling it and then open up a web page. What is the version of Java software, update it to the latest as well. You can also install Adaware and Spybot but that is beyond your problem.
Re: problem loading website at first try
I have tried uninstalling and re-install of the browsers.
I turned off firewall in windows and in bitdefeder, which i am currently using.
i dont have zone alaram.
Still the problem is same.
Re: problem loading website at first try
forgot to tell, i have update jre to latest one (SE 7 u2 10.2.0.13). Didn't solved the problem. Any more ideas.
Re: problem loading website at first try
I have found one having the exact problem after updating the firmware of the router and the issue was because of not clearing router's configuration settings. The problem was solved later by reconfiguring the router from scratch, so just try out the same and see if it is helping you as well.
Re: problem loading website at first try
@Camillet,
But, I have tried with different devices like datacard, mobile, wireless etc.
I think there is no problem in the router, because the router is working fine with my desktop.

I did not said that you might be having the same case but then the same issue was solved by reconfiguring the router from scratch and since you have tried so many solutions by now why are you not willing to give it a try in reconfiguring the router?? if possible just try it out and if you still have the same problem then let me know it for further help.
Re: problem loading website at first try
I have reconfigured the router. No use.
I am totally fed up with this problem.
I am planning to format my system and install new OS. Is that a better idea?
I think wasting hours is better than wasting days.
Re: problem loading website at first try
I was similar problem few days ago on my Windows 7. But was bit different. I was able to load sites sometime and sometime not, including sites like Google or Facebook. I sorted out with changing my DNS IP. i called my ISP and asked them for another DNS, it solved mine problem.
But as you have decided to reinstall the OS (thats definitely gonna fix the issue) but before that you must give a try to DNS part.
