BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
While searching Google I hunt down any illumination the 9850 heading off to Verizon and I found this following clicking the connection on google on my playbook, it controlled me to Blackberry provision universe which is the second channeled and states this application is for Verizon ONLY. Any opinions regarding the same?
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
Nothing to do with the times on the grounds that Verizon rarely publicizes for phones before they're released. Different than getting the iSheep, I could not think about a phone they've touted before it dropped. Yet the Thunderbolt wasn't advertised up much IMO until following it dropped. Now in each Verizon market its TB this and TB that.
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
I need it was generally made that Verizon was getting the no-keyboard Torch. While the slider torch sounds extravagant, I'm having hang-up perceiving why there is even one purchaser fascinated by a slab phone blackberry.
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
The Torch 9850/60 is an all touch screen phone with no slide out keyboard, made for both GSM and CDMA networks. The Torch 2 (the torch 9810) is the blackberry with both the touch screen and slide out keyboard. The torch 2 just runs on GSM networks, and Verizon is a CDMA, so its absolutely impossible that Verizon might be getting this phone. I don't know where every last trace of the tumult is claiming roots in, but just to clear it like a pro, Verizon will be getting the full touch with no slide out keyboard.
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
Since you head over to the blackberry web site, (check under 'Carrier network’) you will see that torch with physical keyboards (9800 and 9810) are GSM just. So the proposed cannot finish up Verizon's network. So the Torch2 with physical keyboard should NOT be good to go on Verizon.
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
The Torch 2 is the 9810 slider, which is a GSM BB just on AT&T(in the US). Verizon is getting the Torch 9850, which is an all touchscreen device.
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
For what its worth a friend of mine who works for Verizon actually sent a content and stated the he just accepted teaching on both the Torch 2 (9850) and Droid Bionic. He declared they did not give a release date.
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
The main remotely visible indication of a upcoming release should without a doubt be when the Storm 2 (9550) vanishes from general society VZW net post. I think the more advanced in years Bold vanished about 7 days after the 9930 popped up.
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
I actually perceived this, in the event that you head off to the "Bluetooth Pairing" page on Verizon's site (Bluetooth Pairing), you are able to spot "Torch 9850" in the "Select Handset" dropdown. I chose the torch and my bluetooth device, and beyond any doubt enough, I got guidelines titled "Bluetooth Pairing guidelines for the: Torch 9850 with the Plantronics Savor M1100".
Re: BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless
I know that appears shocking but I went from a Storm 2 to the Bold 9930. I chose to push my Storm 2 on e-narrows. Began the offering at $75 figuring I could be particularly cheerful to get that for it, and it came around to pushing for $154. I was absolutely amazed (and satisfied as it basically paid for my brand new Bold). I was determined to keep out for the 9850, but I am excessively upbeat with the Bold 9930 and that is claiming roots in the Storm at release and afterward the Storm 2.
