Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z vs. Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z
I'm building a new computer and cannot decide between Asus Maximus Extreme IV Z and Asus Maximus IV Gene-Z for my 2600K i7 I looked at the specifications and it doesn't seem that much between them, nevertheless the price of extreme-z is further than two times the price of the gen-z! Any suggestion?

Will it be a human being who will go for the absolute maximum overclock and require all kinds of functions (voltage control, etc.) in order to change / achieve this, or will you be doing half of overclock for the airborne standard

If you are not going to do hardcore benchmarking, where up to 0.1 fps last account so I would not spend about $ 150-175 spent on a motherboard.
I am sure he will meet necessary requirement.

The versions of genes ROG motherboards are not really that impressive. There is more than a table of small form factor. If you want to build in a little box they are to you, but IMO a mid-tower or full tower no more plates with all the functions in the price range of $ 200 as the P8Z68VPro. The color scheme is with a reduction of good-looking nevertheless otherwise, has more expansion options, and will OC to you as well.
