Recently I have bought blackberry torch 9810 from sprint. I have no doubt about its features and interface of this phone. However, some time while opening some apps it occurring problem regarding about screen. Therefore, I compare my phone with my friend mobile who are using blackberry torch 9800. I found that 9800 screen is much accurate then my 9810 mobile. Friend I want your opinion regarding about this matter is it there that 9800 screen is much accurate than 9810 screen.
I am using blackberry torch 9800 since from 1 month. In addition, till yet I have never and accurate issue with my torch 9800 screen.
I am having old blackberry 9800 and I always care my mobile screen. Always clean, screen with some other polish so all the dust that is stuck on screen would be removing. Therefore, because of this cleanliness I never face any problem about screen touch of my mobile.
If you are getting accuracy problem in your device then try the calibrate option then you will confirm why are you facing this problem.
Friend now I will not keep quiet and I do not want to assert to put words in the OP’s mouth. Nevertheless, I am facing screen issue problem in my blackberry 9810. One day what happen I just unlock the phone and then I hit one of the apps, which are on the left side of my mobile, just consider as an example, after hitting on left side its opening right side apps. So on home screen of my mobile I have sets all my favorites apps some are on left side and some are on right side. When I try to open, Globe, which is, located in left side its opening CB apps, which is located in right side.
Friend (reply 3) same problem I also facing but it seems its opening apps of right side only. I have set my favorite apps blackberry messenger on home screen of my mobile. When I try to open this BBM app while to open this apps it is open other apps of my home screen apps. I think this problem is occurring due to software bugs. So according to this I do not think that this problem is dealing with accuracy of screen.
