Re: Backtrack 5- ATI Drivers
Not a good idea to run. Run. You need to use the. Run to generate a. Deb with one for the module fglrx. You can run this on your TTY. / * Run listpkg can see all the distributions can generate packets and using this: Execute - DISTRIBUTION buildpkg - here is the name of the distribution of your system, you will see that the above command. You may want to see the help: run - help. For module has generated. And fglrx installed all the files. Deb need. Then all desktop effects can be applied.

Re: Backtrack 5- ATI Drivers
Ok, I had this problem too, and I fix it. I was using this issue as my main source, so hopefully this will help:
1. Clean installation.
2. boot into recovery mode, the drop in the root shell with the network, and startx (do not forget the first. "kde rm / cache * / * kcache")
3. prepare-kernel-sources cd / usr / src / linux; cp-rf include / generated / * include / linux /
4. Driver ati
5. Run the installer wizard.
6. aticonfig
