Google Chrome error “Chrome Web Store The app is currently unreachable”

I recently purchased a new laptop last month. I normally use this laptop for internet surfing, gaming, downloading movies and especially for chatting. I installed Google Chrome web browser in my laptop. Now it is the default browser in my laptop. Google chrome’s speed and performance is outstanding. But I am facing some problems while using Google Chrome. I am not able to download the applications from Chrome Web Store. I tried it several times but an error message used to pop up saying “Chrome Web Store, the app is currently unreachable”. I am not able overcome it. Is anyone aware about such issue? If yes then please help me to overcome it.

The operating system that is installed in my laptop is Windows XP and I am using the second version of Google Chrome web browser. The issue that you have posted seems to be quite interesting. The issue can be due to some internal errors in your Chrome browser. I also faced such issues before but now it has been solved. To overcome the issue I uninstalled the Chrome Browser. After that I reinstalled the Chrome browser in my laptop. Reinstallation fixed up the problem. After reinstalling the Chrome browser again I was able download application from the Chrome Web Store. Try this out and inform me about the consequences.

After I read your post I came to know about issue. Many people have encountered such issues before. But now their issues have been solved. Even I faced such issues before. To overcome the issue I updated the Chrome browser. I up-graded it to Chrome beta version. After up-gradation I never faced the any issue while downloading application. Up-gradation cleared all the errors in the browser. Try out this up-gradation and inform me about the final result.

After up-grading to beta version I was able download the applications that I needed from Chrome Web Store. I had discussed this issue with my colleagues but they were not able to overcome it. Your suggestion helped me a lot. The essential applications that are needed I normally download it from the Web Store. The Chrome beta version is much better than previous version that I had.
