Which one is better P7P55D-E or P7P55D-E pro

I was searching the internet and was comparing the various asus products in the websites to check the product detail and in this process i came across a quite interesting topic. The comparison was between the two products p7p55D-E and the p7p55D-E pro. Under p7p55D-E it was specified that True USB 3.0 or True SATA 6Gb/s Support and under the p7p55D-E pro it was specified True USB 3.0 Support and True SATA 6Gb/s Support. So does that mean p7p55D-E will support any one of them while the pro section will support both of them. Am i correct? Please do throw light on this topic.

It seems that pro is the best option. Honestly speaking i don't seem to get the idea of switching the usb off in order to use the SATA. With the p7p55D-E the usb/sata will occupy half the board which is not the case with the p7p55D-E pro. So normally the PCIe speed would be very low when compared to the pro edition. With additional features like improved CPU Level Up options, better fan controls.I would naturally go with the p7p55D-E pro which would be $30 more than the normal p7p55D-E.

Hey just wanted to inform you all that after doing some research in the internet i found out that various people where trying to claim that p7p55D after upgrading to the p7p55D-E did reduce the gap between the p7p55D and the pro edition. Some websites claim that the p7p55D-E needed half of the PCIe lane for the USB3/SATA6 support. So i thought of testing it in my friends CPU and i found out that while enabling SATA3\USB3 on the P7P55D-E my PCIe speed dropped down by 8times. So i thought of better switching on to the pro edition.

I think i will better stick with the p7p55D-E. Which i own currently. It is much better than the earlier version it had of the p7p55D. It has been mentioned in the manual that we will be losing half the PCIe lane when we either use usb or the sata drive. It is OK with me. With the number of SATA drives in my computer i would really not have any issue with the working. So down the line if technology improves i will add some money and get a new motherboard for myself. Currently i am happy with the way its working.
