When i am trying to open some mails i am getting an error saying "One or More ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either"
With below message:
1) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page,
or
2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.
As a result, the page may not display correctly."
I want to know why is it doing so, i can open other emails without any issue, I get this error for some of them only. Any guesses??
It seems as if your sender is composing an HTML-formatted e-mail. I will like to inform you that a "HTML-formatted e-mail" violates windows security and that's the reason you are getting that error message. Microsoft e-mail clients disable all HTML formatted e-mails under the Restricted Sites security zone.
If the HTML-formatted e-mail is important for you than you can ask your sender to put that content on a web server and provide you the link for the same so that you can access it form there.
