RWW Issue with SBS2008
Hi, we are using SBS2008 with Windows XP Sp3 clients. I have a problem with this setup. Whenever we start RWW session via remote and log in to the server, it gives me an error stating “The wizard cannot configure Remote Desktop Connection settings. Make sure the client version of the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) 6.0 or later is installed on this computer."
The error occurs when connecting to the XP Pro client via Remote Web Workgroup. At the same time I have one more SBS 2008 server at separate location and tried doing the same thing over there. Surprisingly there was no such error message.
What is wrong with my first SBS 2008 ? Please help.

The very first thing you need to check is you have latest RDP client 6.1 and later updates installed on the Windows XP workstation. Still you getting the same error after installing RDP client I think you need to rest your IE browser as well as re-register DLL file "Regsvr32 Mstscax.dll" which is located in %Windir% \system32 folder.
This is how you can do the same:
1. Click Start, please type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search bar and press Enter to open the Internet options window.
2. Switch to the Advanced tab.
3. Click the Reset Internet Explorer Settings button.
4. Click Reset to confirm the operation.
5. Click Close when the resetting process finished.
6. Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions option in the Settings box. Click Apply, click OK.
7. Click on Start->Run. Enter the following command: Regsvr32 Mstscax.dll
