Sound Drivers not working on Intel Desktop Board DP35DP

Windows XP can be load on my computer system, due to the virus infection, I can have to format my HDD to remove the virus. After formatting I can have load the Windows XP on my system. But when I can try to install the driver for audio on my computer, it can shows that it has been already installed, but it can not be working on computer.
