Beware of social engineering
To avoid Trojan.Zbot-4211 from entering the system, beware of social engineering. In social engineering, the attackers generally pose as an administrator of an official site and may ask for the username and password for resetting it. They may also ask them to accept some file, that contains infections. They will tell that it is a very useful file and will convince you to accept that file. You will just have to be aware and decline such requests.
