You also need to enable the execute disable bit in the BIOS. Check absolutely every entry in the BIOS. If you don't see it in the BIOs, try updating the BIOS to the newest version.
Download, install and run the Intel Processor Identification Utility. It is use to identify the processor inside a system, assuring the processor contains intended technologies Navigate to the CPU Technologies tab and read the value in the "Intel Virtualization Technology" field. If the value is No then your CPU does not support hardware virtualization.If the value is Yes then the CPU supports hardware virtualization.
