i want to know how install latest firmware 3.1 with i tune 9 i know that normally itune do installation automatically but my friend told me that is not the case for this one also is there jail break is possible for iphone 3gs ?

Here is procedure to install Os 3.1 with iTunes 9
- Make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes. Connect your iPhone to your computer.

- Click Download and Install. Do not disconnect your iPhone until the update has finished.
