Event ID 1076 Reason Code: 0xa000000 server unexpected reboot

Hi,

my server yesterday night reboot unexpectedly, and i found in the event
viewer the following error code:
Event ID 1076 Reason Code: 0xa000000 server unexpected reboot

can someone advice me what happen?

I have the sama problem ?

The reason that you are getting that error code is because of the failure explained by the EventLog 6008. If the first user with shutdown rights logs onto the computer after an unexpected restart or shutdown then the information related to Event ID 1076 happens. This shutdown or restart usually can happen when the user pushes the reset button or disconnects the power cord for example.

The administrator of the security group can also log the reason for a remote computer's unexpected restart or shutdown using the Shutdown.exe tool. And incase most of the computer are unexpectedly shut down like in the case of power outage then Shutdown.exe will give a way to the admin to remotely log the same shutdown reason on all the computers that got shutdown.
