I am having Dell laptop with me and i have made a very good presentation on my laptop which i need to show it to my clients so that they get impressed and i get a very good sales from them. But for showing presentation to my clients i need to Switch the video output from internal to external mode which i don't know how to do it.
Switch the video output from internal to external mode
It's very simple you just need to attach your cable at the backside of your laptop and you would be able to see it on your external monitor or your projector or else check out the below links too

I was also facing such kind of issue i try to follow the below steps and it was working for me hope it works for you too.
- First connect your external monitor to your Laptop.
- On the Laptop display, right click on the desktop and click on properties, then click on setting over here if you want to have Mirrored then you need to make it to Extend my Windows desktop into this monitor should be unchecked.
- Now drag the screen slider to 1024 x 768 if you are having higher resolution then it might happen that you won't be able display on the projector so drag the color quality to highest or medium if highest is not available
- Once you have done with it then typically press F8 and F5 and try to hold function key and you would be able to see the second display and at the same time it might happen that projector might take some more time to display.
