Error "Cannot Connect to Smart Tee Input pin"

hiya,
I'm quite disappointed cos some one was not able to post a reply for previous query I do not have DivX on my computer,
My TV, Plus card and software worked just fine last time I used it.Since then I had to reformat , I'm using Vista Ultimate service pack1.the only connection I have to the card is a coax cable from my VHS VCR (out) to my CATV (in) connection on the card.I vehemently want to record some old VHS personal videos to disc, then burn them to DVD. Every time Im messed up with the software "cannot connect to Smart Tee Input pin". ..whats rong with this??

dude.....as an option yu uninstall your software completely and remove all files from c...then do a fresh installation
also ensure to update the version of yur current application some times it can cause the problem

'ave yu ever tried reinstall hardware drivers of the device...well it does n't seems to be a big problem yu can trouble shoot easily if yu have kinda little idea about computer and it's basics....best of yu

if yu still encountering a problem change the software that you are currently using ..also check out the cable ? any malfunction?? are you getting quality signal at output??
