Dual six-core CPU & PC3-16000?

Hiya. I'm goinging to be building a new system, and I'm looking for some advice/suggestions. I have a good idea of the specs that I'd like to see in my system, but I'm really wondering if they'll all jive together. What I'd really like to have is dual six-core processors, and PC3-16000 memory. Is this possible? Thank you very much in advance!
