How to attach pictures to emails in Vista Home Premium
I am having problem while attaching photos to emails. I have tried the clip button over the message box on the toolbar and even tried from "file as attachment" on Insert menu, but that too didn't helped. What's the problem? Does this depends on some kind of settings? Or I am lost somehow?

Are you using Windows Live Mail? If yes then you have to use the "Insert
Picture" or "Insert File Attachment". Also if you are having antispam or antispyware programs then they may be blocking this. Also some cameras capture a very large pictures for quality printing. However this may even cause some problems while sending them as attachments. Try to reduce the size of such pictures so that they can be easily sent.

What you have done is correct and no doubt the pictures should have been attached. However Microsoft has confirmed that there is an issue while attaching pictures on computers running Windows Vista 64 bit. There team is constantly working for a solution on this.

Use Picasa to send larger photos:
- Download Picasa,
- In Picasa, click the Tools menu and then Options.
- Open the Email tab.
- In the Output Options section, move the cursor to the size you want, 800 pixels for example.
- Finally, click on OK button.
