I use windows Live Mail in windows Vista on hp laptop, there is problem in Hotmail account. I can't access account when i logged on live mail. When i try to log in it gives an message "Error: g_oTemplate.ShowWLHeader is null or not an object".Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it?Any help will be extremely appreciated.
MSN Hotmail requires cookies in order to get past the "match the picture" security check. In IE, click on Tools, Internet Options Privacy, and press Default.I also suspect that spyware and other such little issue may involved in this type of probelm. Clear the cookies and cache, in case an existing cookie is causing problems.
Go to the internet options set the security level to medium & the privacy level to medium high and also check if anti-spyware software or Internet filtering software could be causing the issue or it may be network issue Sometimes networks get confused and block, or misroute, access to sites.
