Can't receive emails in incredimail
I am using Incredimail for receiving email. I get a lot of spam, so i download anti-spam program. after installing that anti-spam software i cannot able receive any mail. I reinstalled Incredimail and removed that anti-spam software but the problem didn't solved. I have Windows vista. Any help will be extremely appreciated.

You can also receive email in more than one email client, you need to configure your email account settings in IncrediMail to leave a copy of your messages on the mail server.
In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and select 'Accounts...'.
At this point, the 'Mail Accounts' dialog opens. Select your email account and click 'Properties'.
Select the 'Advanced' tab (marked in red), check the 'Leave a copy of messages on server' checkbox and click 'OK'.
A copy of each email you receive will be left on your mail server and can be received by other email clients.

Are you getting any error messages? If so, please post the complete error here. Make sure that your settings match those required.Make sure your login ID and password are correct. Are you using the HTTP or the POP3 settings?

You can find the envelope icon in right site of the screen which indicate by the clock. When you click on that icon you will see the menu appears on the screen. Choose EXIT from the menu that comes up. If you wait for some then you will see the icon of Incredimail created on your desktop.Double click the Incredimail icon and Incredimail will re-open and you can try sending your emails again.
