Change clock from military time in vista

Hi,
I have windows vista running on my laptop. My friend did some changes in clock settings. Can anyone tell me how can i change the clock from military time to standard time in windows vista?

Follow the steps given below to change the clock from military time to standard time:

• Click on the Start Button
• Open Control Panel
• Click on the Regional and Language Options
• Then click on the Customize this format button
• Click "Customize this format" box
• Click on the Time tab
• Click on the drop down arrow next to the Time Format
• Click on h:mm:ss tt
• Click Apply and OK

You can change the clock settings in simpler way by following these steps:

• Click on Start button
• Type intl.cpl in the box
• Then press Enter

This will directly take you to the 'Regional and Language Options'. Then click the "Customize this format" button. And follow the steps as given in above post.
