I have a problem some color problem in my Panasonic PX60 plasma tv. sometimes in dark scenes purple color lines and shadows occur in the picture. which is quite annoying , is that problem due to setting can any one tell me how can i solve this ?

it is the problem of your plasma tv this is regarding brightness level and subtle shading so your panel is not able to handle it with reducing brightness you will find educe purple color so just call Panasonic service center .
Check for video plug, alo you have to set av5 as setting in color in the menus. for the pictures with tree color blue, green, and red, make sure they aren't in the wrong ports.The problem happens on dark grey/ beige or greenish scenes espcially where light areas meet dark, and magenta sparkly dots that shimmer
