Dsp truespeech codec and installation

I am using vista and with all driver installed.but problem is regarding chatting and codec when i try to chat i error said i do not have the codec loaded dsp group truespeech. where i can get this codec and how to install it can any one help me ?

1. Download tssoft32.acm into your C:/Windows/System32 folder.
2. Add Hardware from Control Panel.
3. Click Next ,select I have already connected the hardware'. Click Next.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Installed harware' list and choose
5. Add a new hardware device'. Click Next.
6. Choose Install the hardware that I manually select from a list Click Next.
7. Choose Sound, video and game controllers Click Next.
8. Click on the Have Disk button and select Browse
9. Navigate to the 'C:/Windows/System32' folder
10. Choose '$winnt$.inf'. hit Ok.
11. on prompt select Continue Anyway
12. Select 'DSP Group TrueSpeech™ Audio CODEC from the list.go on with Click Next
13. Restart

here i have simple solution for your problem just download K-Lite Codec Pack .This will fix all your codec problems automatically no need to install manually also you can try with http://forums.techarena.in/windows-software/1131206.htm this is also option for you
