When I play CoD:WaW (World at War), a blue screen appears with highlighted writing all over it (which I can not read since it happens so fast.) Well, I've noticed that this problem occurs only in multiplayer mode. What is the reason for the cause of this problem ?

I think the highlighted blue name would be the clan name which is for multiplayer. Edit your settings and change it in the lobby.
Yup, this problem occurs only in multi-player mode and not in a single-player mode. This means that you are on a another player's (friend's) list and similarly he is on your list. Also, this blue writing appears when you and a friend are in the same game from the same lobby.
