Please help me, when i go to control panel, click display and setting, then advanced this error comes up, it happens too when i right click on my desktop.
An exception has occured while trying to run "C:/WINDOWS/system32/shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL"C:/WINDOWS/system32/desk.cpl",Display"

You system is affected by any adware and malware. Update your system and scan for viruses. I think that you had downloaded or install any desktop application like screen saver or any desktop manager. It is better if you scan it in safe mode. Before that rather run scan disk and disk cleanup. You can also copy rundll.exe file from any different computer with the same OS and paste in in your pc. This will replace your corrupt file. Try to update your video drivers. Try some of the solution above and see weather it works.
i have no viruses but i dont know my video drivers, please help
Do you have Onboard display or you have the graphica card installed? Can you provide with the model number of it? That may help in locating the right drivers.. :cool:
