Wanna buy new AGP 8x card

hey
i wanna buy a new graphics card for my system.
this r my systems' specs:
Motherboard: ASUS p5pe-vm
Ram : 1GB (400MHz i think. Does it matter?)
Pentium(R) D CPU
Dual core 2.80 GHz

I was thinking one of these cards:
ATi Radeon HD 3850 AGP
ATi Radeon HD 4650 AGP
ATi Radeon HD 3450 AGP
nVidia GeForce 6600 GT AGP
nVidia GeForce 6200 AGP
nVidia GeForce 6600 AGP



which would be optimum for my system?
my budget is til 5000 INR(Rs)
