Laptop DVD writer Slow

Hi,

I have a purchased lenovo G430 38q Model 2 months back, earlier I burnt 2 dvd (around 4.5 GB data ) with inbuit DVD writer and it took 15 mins to complete the task at burning speed 8X. I have nero software to burn the dvd.
After some dayes I tried copy data from old CDs, it took long time to open and eventually system got hanged.
again I tried to burn DVD as DVD DATA disc around 4.2 GB data, It takes 52 mins to burn the dvd. I am worried about weather DVD writer life is dead or something happened in any drives.
please help me somebody to rectify this.

Have you checked your Nero settings? There are ...

Do they have it Nero attitudes? There are to possibly deactivate a few functions, you wants when burning, as to write, much time like the first computers simulate one burna and examine the burned data with the original data & verifies, these to see, its order.

Another thing to check is your chance to resources, could not sustain the burning and 16X when forwarding the write speed that you can also choose which data speeds are drafted. I 'M not sure but I think that 4X is the standard speed.In addition, if nothing else aid, goes to obtain the most recent from controller device and to install these, that also can contribute, based on its system, by all means.
